What is a zone? A zone is an area of your house (inside or out) where you have independent control over what you want to hear and how loud you want to hear it.

What is a source? A source is simply what you want to hear. AM/FM Radio, Cable, iTunes, a digital music server, CD or DVD players are all examples of sources.
